Champion material ! Bradley Pritchard has won promotion with Charlton
Zimbabwean-born England-based soccer midfielder Bradley Pritchard helped his club Charlton Athletics win promotion into England's second tier division, the npower Championship on Saturday after his club beat Carlisle 1-0 away from home in a Championship league match at Brunton Park .

Pritchard who joined the League One Champions in waiting  at the beginning of the 2011/2012 season, played the entire match in midfield for Charlton, tussling and fighting in midfield battles for 90 minutes to earn crucial three points to seal promotion.

Having accumulated 94 points after 43 matches, no other team can overtake Charlton for the two automatic qualification places into the Championship.

Only second-placed Sheffield United pose a threat to Charlton's title aspirations. At 88 points, the Blades can wrestle the championship away from Charlton if they are to win all their three remaining games, hoping that Charlton lose all their three matches.

Pritchard will be very proud of achieving promotion, after joining Charlton from amateur football wherein he played for fun and to raise pocket money while at University.

The Harare-born energetic midfielder is now just a season away from the Barclays English Premier Soccer League, provided Charlton manages to make it back to back promotion.

Pritchard harbours dreams of playing for the  Warriors one day,and he hopes that he might get selected for the World Cup qualifiers for Zimbabwe during June for the Guinea and Mozambique ties at home and away respectively.

Striker Bradley Wright-Phillips scored the solitary goal in the 76th minute to hand Charlton the victory.
