Uganda  Champions Lose Twice since NBT

Uganda super league defending champions Bunamwaya conceded a 1-0 loss to Simba football club on Saturday at Nakivubo stadium in Kampala. The loss follows a mid week 2-1 loss to Victors F.C in Jinja based Kakindu stadium.

The team which consists of over six national team players who participated in the Nile Basin Tournament has suffered two consecutive losses since the end of the tournament.

In other encounters, the table leaders Kampala City Council were held to a goal less draw by struggling Villa at Villa Park in Wankulukuku, though it still tops the League with 25 points in 11 matches.

Masaka Local Council FC defeated three times champions Uganda Revenue Authourioty 1-0 at Masaka recreational Ground in Masaka Town Council.

The Second bottom team was able to scoop 3 points from the loaded tax collectors to enlighten their chances of surviving the relegation knife.
