TEAM News.

Ghana will likely make one change to their starting XI, with Sulley Muntari of Inter Milan expected to be given a starting place after proving his fitness in the substitute role he has played so far in the tournament. The Ghana coach is also likely to keep faith in the young Jonathan Mensah in the starting line-up. The 19-year old Under 20 World Cup winner has played in the last two matcs for Ghana where he has impressed with some hearty performances especially when he played alongside his more experienced counterpart John Mensah in the match against Germany.

USA's Landon Donovan is expected to carry the hopes of the nation for a quarterfinal place. Donovan, who had a stint with Everton of England last season but is expected to head back to LA Galaxy now, scored a last gasp winner against another African side Algeria in their final group match.
