Gumbo"s former club Bosso hands him his first defeat as FC Platinum coach

Zimbabwe Castle premiership giants Highlanders roared back to life, beating join log leadersFC Platinum 1-0 at Barbourfields Stadium in a legaue match to move to 3rd spot on the log with 34 points.

Louis Matawu scored the only goal of the match in the 32nd minute of the game to give the home side a much needed victory, after suffering a loss in the reverse encounter at Mandava stadium.

Bosso coach Mkhupali Masuku was naturally elated by his team's win.

"I am proud of my boys' performance and personally I think FC Platinum players are just ordinary," he said.

FC Paltinum missed an opportunity to steer two points clear of title contenders Motor Action, and the loss means that Gumbo's men remain tied on 40 points with the defending champions.
